Returning an item is a straightforward process. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return to the specific store. Keep in mind that items must be returned within 30 days of the order confirmation date, in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, without alterations, and with all tags attached.

Yes, final sales, promotional items, or opened packaged items may not be exchanged, returned, or refunded. Hoffmen reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines.

Hoffmen guarantees its merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item within 30 days (excluding stains), you can contact our customer care for assessment and, if validated as faulty, receive a refund.

If you miss your return pickup, a second attempt will be made on the following business day. After the second failed attempt, the return request will be canceled.

Once we receive your return and validate it, you’ll be notified by email, and your refund will be credited within 15 days. If your return is not approved, our Customer Care team will reach out.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 15 days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfers.

No, products bought on Hoffmen’s online platform cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Please follow the online return process.

If your item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Care team within 1 week of receiving the package. You have the right to a full refund on damaged shipments.

Currently, Hoffmen does not offer exchanges. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please return it and place a new order.

Do not hand over additional items during the return pickup. Contact our Customer Care team to arrange a pickup for additional products. Hoffmen is not responsible for the refund of unaccounted products lost in transit.
